Jalal comes to us straight from Morocco. He is a naturopath specialised in dietetics and nutrition. He has been working as a Personal Trainer for 6 years and is a trainer for FitAcademy, PCA's partner in Morocco. For him, the NASM certification has changed the way he coaches and has increased his confidence. What he particularly likes is the whole part that deals with postural assessment and analysis.

Fabio started as a Personal Trainer in 2017. After 2 years in this field, he quickly realised that this was a profession that required frequent and continuous learning. He therefore spent the last few years perfecting his knowledge by following all the possible training courses that interested him. Finally, he challenged himself to continue his development as a personal trainer.

David, along with his partner Yessica, launched a CrossFit and HIIT personal training studio in July 2019. This is the realization of a passion for the sport developed since the age of 6. Based on the premise that there is always something to learn and that the keys to continued growth include education and learning, he embarked on NASM CPT training.

Elfje was a professional bobsleigh athlete for 10 years. After a career as an athlete with participations in the Olympics, the Silver Wolrdcup and a runner-up title in Europe, she turned to coaching, in which she directly started her own business. Through the NASM training, she acquired a lot of knowledge related to coaching. In addition to her 20 years of experience in top-level sport, she was able to gain confidence and grow in her role as a coach.
