The Mentorship program is built around three complementary pillars: group sessions, individual coaching, and a dedicated community platform. The goal is to support your structured progression, combining practical application with continuous follow-up.
A Kick-Off in person is organized at the beginning of each Mentorship. This meeting introduces the program structure, creates an initial connection between participants and coaches, and establishes a strong group dynamic from the start. It also encourages interaction between participants so everyone can grow through shared experiences throughout the program.
1. Group sessions — 12 thematic calls
Every two weeks, you take part in a group session focused on a key skill in developing your coaching business. These sessions combine practical insights, interaction, and direct application.
The calls last between 90 and 120 minutes, allowing for in-depth work on each topic.
- Build your offer — Define the right price, choose the right format, and present your offer with clarity.
- Acquisition strategy — Understand client attraction mechanisms and build a strategy adapted to your situation.
- Prospecting (practice) — Take concrete action and reach out to your prospects.
- First contact & discovery session — Structure a conversation and build trust.
- Sales & objection handling — Respond to objections and close deals professionally.
- Digital strategy — Use digital tools as a lever for client acquisition.
- Follow-up & tools — Implement a structured and efficient client follow-up system.
- Mindset — Identify and overcome limiting beliefs.
- Social media — Create content focused on visibility and conversion.
- Client journey — Build a complete and coherent client experience.
- Advanced client service — Develop long-term client relationships.
- Advanced mindset — Define your standards and build a clear action plan.
Each session is focused on direct application within your coaching activity.
2. Individual coaching — 6 one-to-one coaching sessions
In addition to the group sessions, you benefit from monthly individual coaching with a PCA instructor. Each session lasts 60 minutes and can take place either online or in person, depending on your preferences and availability.
These sessions allow you to work in depth on your specific situation, positioning, challenges, and goals. Since every coach is different, this support is tailored to your reality to maximize your progress.
3. Community and Skool platform
Throughout the program, you gain access to a private space on the Skool platform. There, you can interact with other participants, ask questions between sessions, share your progress, and access additional resources provided by the instructors.
Progress is not limited to the sessions. It continues through daily interactions and ongoing access to the community and content.
