The NASM™ Stretching and Flexibility Coach program is structured around 4 essential sections covering the key skills required to build strong expertise in mobility and flexibility.

Section 1: Introduction to Stretching and Flexibility
Understanding the fundamental principles of stretching and its role in performance, injury prevention, and well-being.

Section 2: Science and Anatomy
Exploring the anatomical and physiological foundations of mobility, including muscles and connective tissues.

Section 3: Communication and Client Assessments
Learning how to assess mobility limitations, identify client needs, and adapt communication accordingly.

Section 4: Techniques and Program Design
Mastering stretching techniques and building structured, safe, and effective programs.

Exams

The course concludes with one theoretical exam.

The final exam is administered online via the learning platform. It consists of 100 multiple-choice questions to be completed within a maximum of 90 minutes. A minimum score of 70% is required to pass the course. Three exam attempts are included in the course fee.

The exam must be completed within 365 days from the date of purchase.

Qualification

After successfully passing the multiple-choice exam, you will receive the "NASM™ Stretching and Flexibility Coach" certificate on your NASM™ account.
