Meet the personal trainer Karima El Medhaoui
Karima El Mehdaoui, a former fitness instructor turned yoga and personal training expert, shares how discovering yoga in 2014 transformed her vision of movement and well-being. After years of teaching and exploring multiple disciplines from Ashtanga to Pilates, she decided to refresh her knowledge by joining the PCA Summer School in 2025.
