1. Can you introduce yourself ?

Hi, my name is Fabio (@tei_fabio), I am 27 years old and I live and work in Luxembourg at My Trainer and Me (@mytrainerandmelu). I started working as a Personal Trainer in June of 2017. I live near to the Müllerthal, it is a great spot for a walk in the nature. I like to do that in my free time. At the moment I’m busy preparing the arrival of our first baby.

I spent the last years perfecting my knowledge of the human body by going through all training and certifications available according to my interests and problems found in the field, especially movement optimization, rehabilitation and neurotherapy, etc.

2. Why did you choose PCA for your education ?

After 2 years working as a Personal Trainer I realized that this job requires a frequent evolution and learning. At that moment I was looking for an international recognized certification and found PCA where I completed my NASM CPT accreditation.

3. What did the NASM accreditation bring you ?

With the NASM accreditation I changed my perspective of working and challenged myself to continue my evolution as a Personal Trainer.

4. What is your specialization ?

At the moment I don’t have a specialization but I started studying neurotherapy with the aim to become a posturologist.

5. What is the coolest exercise you like to do with your clients and why ?

I don’t think there is a coolest exercise, I like to teach the basics to my clients and when they internalize the basics, any movement could be the coolest one.

6. What is the most fulfilling part in coaching others ?

When I see my clients evolve and achieve their goals. It shows me that I am guiding them in the right way.

7. What is your favorite quote ?

“Because pain is complex, train the person not the condition.”
