Learn to better understand movement so you can teach it more effectively.
Limited mobility, stiffness, lack of control, postural compensations… These issues are extremely common, both among athletes and people who simply want to move and feel better in their everyday lives.
However, knowing a few stretches or mobility exercises is not enough. To coach someone effectively, you need to understand how the body moves, why certain limitations occur and how to build a coherent, progressive and adapted approach.
The Mobility & Movement Coach course was designed with exactly this objective in mind.
Over 5 days of in-person training, you will learn how to combine the principles of functional anatomy, biomechanics, mobility, stretching, yoga, breathing and myofascial techniques to develop a much more comprehensive understanding of human movement.
The objective is not to turn you into a yoga teacher or simply teach you a series of exercises.
Above all, you will learn how to observe, understand, select, adapt and teach movement.
You will discover how to analyse fundamental movement patterns and certain postural compensations, develop mobility and functional flexibility, use different stretching techniques, integrate yoga postures, apply breathing techniques and create your own mobility and movement sequences.
Practice plays a central role throughout the course: you will experience the techniques yourself, learn how to teach them effectively, create your own sequences and develop your coaching skills through practical situations.
