By Paulien van Embden | 23 Jun 2021 | Testimonials

1. Can you introduce yourself?

I am Bruno (@body_concept_training), in the fitness business for 32 years and Personal Trainer for 19 years. I am the founder of the first network of Personal Trainers, called Body Concept Training, in French-speaking Europe. This network includes 70 independent coaches in 4 countries, France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg. It's been a long time since I understood that alone we can't do much and that sharing is the best way to grow, that is how Body Concept Training was born, the network evolves while making others grow! The values of this family are listening, respect, evolution, sharing and replacing the word “problem” by “solution”!

I am also the founder of Formations Coach PRO. During these courses we do not train sportsmen to become coaches but we train coaches how to succeed. As you can see, my greatest passion is people!

2. Why did you choose PCA for your education ?

I chose PCA for the quality of its trainers and the values of the company. I really wanted to work in collaboration with a company that share the same values and that beyond their mission transmits their passion with sincerity.

3. What did the NASM accreditation bring you ?

For the network, it is obviously a plus in terms of seriousness, image and notoriety.

But it is also and above all a way of taking care of the client, knowing that the benefits of the activity will not be limited to moving for the sake of moving, but will actually improve the quality of life and functional mobility.

Personally, having been active in the fitness sector since 1990, I am proud to have successfully challenged myself after so many years in the profession, but also to have acquired a different approach that I can use in my profession.

4. What is your specialization ?

My specialization is the ease with which I can delve into the psychological side of a human being and therefore also bring him/her a great deal from a mindset point of view.

5. What is the coolest exercise you like to do with your clients and why ?

The exercise I prefer is the one that will best suit my client, so there are as many exercises as there are clients.

6. What is the most fulfilling part in coaching others ?

Quite simply and without any hesitation, the evolution of the person.

7. What is your favorite quote ?

"To achieve your goals, you have to help those you need to achieve theirs."
