Program Design Level 2
You’ve completed the Program Design course and you’re happy with designing programs: your clients are now performing better and your athletes are stronger. So much so, in fact, that you’re finding it harder and harder to help them advance further. What to do? Incorporate more advanced techniques into their program.
The Advanced Program Design course teaches you advanced program design techniques. You’ll learn how to use different training aids (bands, chains, eccentric hooks) and to incorporate them into an advanced periodisation protocol.
Each exercise is analysed in-depth, from a theory-based and a practical perspective. To guide and inspire you, we will provide sample training programs, aimed at different target groups. You will have access to complete training programs, which will help you to master new methods.
